Royal Institute for the Promotion of Health certificated training courses at all levels are available in HACCP, Food Safety & Nutrition. These are appropriate for teaching and catering staff. They can provide a basis on which nutrition may be taught or create innovative and inspiring food provision in schools in accordance with the school meal guidelines and nutrient based standards for schools. Food safety and HACCP training is a legal requirement for food handlers.
