Coriander is an approved training centre in Hampshire for the Royal Society for Public Health and delivers all levels of RSPH training courses in Food Safety and Nutrition. Coriander Food Training & Consultancy has a practical and cost effective approach to training. We always strive to deliver great courses, and make the training fun and interactive.

Contact us for a quote or more information on any of our courses. Although we are based in Hampshire we deliver food safety and nutrition courses throughout the south at our venue or alternatively, at your venue which helps to reduce travel for the trainees. Please ask for an in house quote.

2 day course Training the Nutrition Trainer 
This is our increasingly popular two day course for teachers, trainers and health professionals who need to deliver nutrition and healthy eating training. It is suitable for those teaching in the school classroom, training on hospital wards and in kitchens, care homes or with NHS primary care teams. Lively, interactive training sessions which provide the foundation for future training.
Nutrition is sometimes regarded as a difficult subject to deliver; we show how to train effectively and creatively, ensuring colleagues and candidates get the maximum out of easy to follow training sessions.

This is a recognised certificated course which ensures that all food handlers meet statutory training requirements, enabling them to work safely and effectively in the food environment. Training for food handlers is a legal requirement in both paid and unpaid (voluntary) settings where food is available for public consumption. This includes clubs, associations, schools, nurseries and hospitals, in addition to restaurants, food stall holders, the WI, takeaways, cafes and shops.

COST £45.00 all inclusive.
