Our team at Coriander is headed up by Diane Johnson, a graduate of Manchester University (Nutrition & Food Science) and trained at Ashridge Management College. We have an excess of 20 years experience in training, marketing, and sales spanning across most food sectors including small local producers, large food businesses, manufacturing, retail, schools, hospitals and residential care homes.
